WHAT THIS APP IS
A trip planning assistant. It builds an itinerary, helps you follow it during the day,
and writes it up afterwards.

WHAT IT IS NOT
It is not a booking service, a travel agency, or a guarantee of anything. It does not
sell tickets, reserve tables, or hold money.

ACCURACY
Opening hours, travel times, queue estimates and booking rules change constantly and
without notice. We work to keep them correct, and the app tells you when a travel time
is an estimate rather than real route data. Even so: verify anything that matters
before you rely on it — particularly last admission times, closing days, and whether
a place needs a reservation.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Place suggestions and journal entries are produced by an AI model. They may contain
mistakes. The app constrains the model to choose only from its own curated list of
places, so it cannot invent a destination — but its reasoning about what suits you is
a suggestion, not advice.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not attempt to use the app's server as a general-purpose AI proxy, circumvent its
rate limits, or reverse-engineer its requests.

LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed attractions, closed
venues, missed transport, or any other loss arising from your use of the app. Your
judgment on the ground takes precedence over anything the app suggests.

CHANGES
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
